OK everyone, here is a fun drill I made up this weekend! I need more practice on cut shots where the OB's are froze against the rail. So the 1st step is to take three balls and rack them like you would for a 3-ball game. Then take the rest of the OB balls and place them in random order against the long and short rails of the table. Save 2 OB balls and place them about a foot from each corner pocket, facing the end of the table you would break from. This drill starts with the QB in the kitchen anywhere you like. Your task is to pot all balls in any order you like. But the rule is you can not hit or disturb the 3-ball rack. This is for the end of the drill. If you do hit the 3-ball rack its a FAIL! and at this point you can run the rest out, or start over. The object is to pot all the cut shots and leave the 3-ball rack for the finish. The fun part is landing the QB on your last shot for a nice break on the 3-ball rack. I will try and make a video of this to post my next time out. OK here is a link to a video of this drill (( Big thank you to ANDY! ))
